Professional Development and Lifelong Learning is a sequence of courses addressing the factors and processes that advance students' professional development and promote an emphasis on lifelong learning. This includes preparation for entry level practice, the business aspects of practice, preparation for licensure, and maintenance of competency. This five-part sequence must be taken in numerical order.The final course in this five course sequence builds on the knowledge, skills and attitudes required for professional development and practice in clinical psychology addressed in the first four courses. This course will address the professional competencies required for entry level professional practice and the assessment of those competencies via psychology licensure and the Examination for Professional Practice in Psychology (EPPP).
