ILLINOIS CAMPUS — Student Housing

Midwestern University's Downers Grove campus offers on-campus housing across three residential communities, providing students with a comfortable and convenient living experience within steps of the academic campus.

Redwood Hall I

Redwood Hall I is a six-story building featuring 80 single-occupancy residence hall rooms. Each room includes a shared bathroom with two adjoining residents, air conditioning, university-provided wireless Internet, a bed, a dresser, a built-in closet, a desk, and a chair. Five single-occupancy rooms with private bathrooms are available. Each floor has access to microwaves, a study room, and free laundry.

Redwood Hall II

Redwood Hall II is a six-story building featuring a variety of floor plans, with single-occupancy rooms for 131 residents. Each room includes a private or shared bathroom, air conditioning, university-provided wireless Internet, bed, dresser, built-in closet, desk, and chair. Free laundry facilities are available on each floor, with two full-size kitchens on the building's lower level. Redwood Hall II also houses the Dorothy and Ward Perrin Interfaith Chapel.

The Pines Apartments

The Pines Apartments consist of three two-story buildings tucked away between two groves of trees, providing both the convenience of on-campus living and the privacy of an apartment. Each of the 48 one-bedroom apartments offers university-provided wireless Internet and central air conditioning and heating units. Kitchen amenities include a range, microwave, and refrigerator. Apartments are unfurnished.

ADA-accessible units are available in select residence halls. All residents have access to on-campus amenities, including a volleyball court, fitness center, and open recreation areas.
